Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. Pass 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cants offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us for further instructions.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Used items (partially burned candles, etc) and sale items are ineligible for return. 

REFUNDS

Once your return has been inspected and approved or rejected, we will send you an email to notify you and begin to refund process if approved. 

EXCHANGES

We only replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange it for the same item contact us for further instructions.
